Despite the impressive specs, does it deliver? The answer is mostly yes! The camera glass makes a huge difference, delivering highly detailed pictures with shallow depth of field.

In terms of performance, the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra is among the most efficient devices on the market. It features higher base power consumption and a 120 Hz mode. However, the phone’s body gained 0.32mm in thickness, now measuring 8.38mm, and its weight grew significantly from 196g to 234g.

All three cameras can shoot in night mode and record 8K video, which is a great feature, but the 8K video is limited to 24 fps. Switching from the 4K camera is seamless, and the color consistency across all three cameras is impressive. Heavy camera use can cause the battery to drain faster, and you may occasionally experience some shutter lag.

The small display on the back of the phone, while fascinating, isn’t extremely sharp. You can easily see the pixels, but it shows useful information like the time, battery level, and notifications. You can also customize it with an emoji or quote. The real highlight is using the massive sensors to take amazing selfies, with the ability to zoom in and out for stunning results, all thanks to the 20MP camera.

Beyond the camera, the Mi 11 Ultra offers many premium features: great haptics, an IP68 rating, reverse wireless charging, and superb speaker quality. This phone truly has it all.
